1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing hightechsparrow.com or engaging High Tech Sparrow Pvt Ltd for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Our services
High Tech Sparrow Pvt Ltd provides digital product design and development services including MVP consulting, product development, mobile app development, web development, AI and automation systems, and related services.
3. Website use
You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to violate laws, send spam, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or scrape the site without written permission.
4. Intellectual property
Site content is owned by or licensed to High Tech Sparrow Pvt Ltd. Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom-built deliverables. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless an NDA is in place. Open-source components remain subject to their original licences.
5. Client engagements
All client projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment milestones. In the event of conflict, the SOW prevails.
6. Payment terms
Projects require a 40–50% deposit before work commences. Remaining payments are milestone-based. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payments incur 2% per month interest. We may pause work if invoices are not settled within 14 days of their due date.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share project details without written consent. NDAs are available on request at hello@hightechsparrow.com.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a client engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We provide the Site "as is" without warranty.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed to the termination date.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
